On the menu of Indian Food Catering, there are six options plus one drink.
Vegetable Samosa
Crispy, deep-fried triangular pastries filled with a savory mixture of spiced potatoes, peas, and vegetables.
Paneer Tikka Masala
A rich and creamy curry made with grilled cubes of paneer (India cottage cheese) cooked in a tomato-based sauce with aromatic spices and herbs.
Butter Chicken
A popular North Indian dish featuring tender pieces of chicken simmered in a smooth, buttery tomato cream sauce with mild spices.
Dal Makhni (Vegetable)
A hearty lentil dish made with slow-cooked black lentils and kidney beans in a creamy, spiced sauce.
Garlic/Plain Naan
Soft, fluffy Indian flatbread baked in a traditional clay oven (tandoor). It can be plain or topped with garlic and herbs, perfect for dipping into curries.
Basmati Rice
A wooden bowl filled with fluffy white basmati rice, garnished with a small spring of parsley on top.
Mango Lassi
A refreshing yogurt filled with sweet mango pulp, milk and sugar, creating a smooth and creamy drink.
